1. Overview

This website (parlorandtile.com) is operated by Parlor & Tile ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies referenced here (our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy). If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

By using this site you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given consent for any minor dependents to use this site.

3. Products, pricing and availability

We make every effort to display our products and their colors accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen's display will be accurate. All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, and correct pricing or description errors — including on orders already placed, in which case we will contact you before charging or will cancel and refund the order.

Apparel, hats, mugs and totes are printed to order; minor variations in print placement and color are normal. Accessories are sourced from partner manufacturers and may ship from warehouses in the US or abroad as indicated on the product page.

4. Orders and payment

When you place an order you agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in pricing or product information. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and other third-party processors; we do not store your full card number.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — designs, product photography, text, logos, and the Parlor & Tile name — is our property or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.

Parlor & Tile is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the National Mah Jongg League. "Mah Jongg," "mahjong" and related terms are used descriptively to refer to the game.

7. User content

If you send us reviews, photos, comments or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, edit and publish them in any medium. You agree your content will not violate any third party's rights or contain unlawful, abusive or defamatory material.

8. Third-party links and tools

Our site may include links to third-party websites (for example, the National Mah Jongg League or club directories) and may use third-party tools. We are not responsible for third-party content, products or services, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

9. Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability

Our products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parlor & Tile, its owners, employees and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, except where prohibited by law.
